Thailand | Where to Stay in Pattaya: Sea Two Pool Villa

I am not leaving this room,” I told myself the moment I stepped inside my accommodation at Sea Two Pool Villa in Pattaya, Thailand. Fortunately, our first-day itinerary was just easy-breezy, thus giving me the rest of the afternoon to just chill around. We came from an event in Bangkok hosted by the Tourism Authority of Thailand, where they flew lucky fans to meet Thai actor Mario Maurer.

Where to Stay in Pattaya: Sea Two Pool Villa Review | Thailand

Deluxe Pool Villa

My villa came with a private pool, making me regret only one thing: not having a girlfriend with me that time—or a Tinder date—kidding! Seriously, that was the second time I stayed in a villa with a private pool. The first one was during the Kerala Blog Express in 2014. I was fortunate to experience that kind of space on the road as part of my perks as a travel writer—otherwise, I would not afford those kinds of fancy stays on my own.

A pristine turquoise private plunge pool attached directly to the outdoor sliding glass doors of the luxury villa

My villa had a total space of a little more than one hundred square meters—with fifty allotted to the main house, fifteen for the pool, and forty for the garden. The king-sized bed faced the sliding glass door leading to the pool, while on the left side was where the indoor bathroom and outdoor shower were located.

The luxurious marble slipper-shaped soaking tub positioned gracefully inside the indoor bathroom suite

I loved the stylish and bright layout of the villa, with just the necessities of furniture added inside: a refrigerator, couch, work desk, tables, extra chairs, lamps, and my favorite: a marble slipper-shaped tub.

The bright and stylish modern bedroom layout featuring a massive king-sized bed facing the private pool deck

Everything was well thought out in the conception of the designs of each villa. A towering wooden fence separating each villa gave a sense of privacy, and as I imagined, even if I went skinny dipping in the pool with a girl, no one from the next-door lodge would notice it.

Concealed but Not Far From the Scene

Spread out over an expansive piece of lot two kilometers away from Jomtien Beach in Pattaya, Sea Two Pool Villa was neither near nor far from where all the seaside action was. It was situated at just the right distance away to achieve a sense of privacy from the maddening crowd of tourists. A round-the-clock shuttle service could take you to the city center in less than ten minutes. So, anytime you wanted to witness the life of Pattaya’s walking streets and beachside scene, you could easily go.

An elaborate buffet breakfast spread featuring hot continental dishes and fresh Thai culinary specialties

Apart from the private pools in each villa, there was also a main swimming pool located near the property’s clubhouse and main restaurant. The buffet breakfast was also more than okay, with enough selections of food to power you up throughout the day.

Overall, that property was highly recommended and brought good value for money, as most of its reviews suggested. That one was from Agoda from a traveler from Nigeria: “You really get a bang for your money with this Villas. Great and ample space (sic) your own pool and relaxing area and great service by the staff. Breakfast has lots of options. Great place to just relax and it won't break the budget. Second time I've stayed here and will stay again.

By enjoying my three days staying at Sea Two Pool Villa, I had to say that I agreed with the said review one hundred percent.
